Free Shipping on most radio control orders over $150 - Another way Chief RC Inc. saves you more money!
With the high cost of shipping Chief RC Inc now offers FREE Ground Shipping on orders over $150 within the 48 contiguous states. Oversized packages (16"h x 16"l or larger and 25 lbs or more) and hazardous materials are excluded (these packages will be shipped at published rate with no additional markup). Our FREE Shipping includes insurance up to $1,000 and email tracking. If you have any questions whether your order qualifies for the FREE Ground shipping policy, please contact one of our sales representatives toll free!
Chief RC will make every attempt to ship all orders promptly. In-stock ground phone orders placed before 2:30pm EST are generally shipped the same day. Overnight and expedited shipments are processed with the highest priority.
Shipping Delays Due to Weather
At Chief RC Inc we do our best to try and get your package to you as fast as possible. Shipping delays due to extreme weather are unfortunately out of our control. As such we do not offer any discounts or refunds on packages due to delays by the weather.
Order delays may occur if the shipping or billing addresses cannot be verified.
Note: Truck Freight Shipment must be thoroughly inspected for damage upon receipt
Drop Ship Orders & Fees
Drop-shipped orders (orders that are shipped directly from vendors, suppliers or manufacturers) may require more processing time due to vendor procedures and/or time-zone differences. Some vendors charge a drop ship fee and/or sales tax. Ask our Sales Staff and they will gladly give you the total of fees (if any) so you are aware prior to purchase.
Hazardous Materials
Shipping hazardous material requires special shipping instruction and carrier fees. Products are clearly marked so you will be aware of the required shipping requirements and fees. Other materials designated as Part 49 CFR Limited Quantity (ORM-D) can be shipped without extra charges but by ground freight only.
Commercial/Residential Delivery Address Designation
- A Commercial Delivery Address goes to a business.
- A Residential Delivery Address goes to a home, including a business operating out of
a home district that does not have a separate entrance open to the public.
If a commercial address is selected and later found to default to residential delivery, then additional charges may occur after final delivery
